It is situated on the Coast of Panglao Island and can be reached in 30 minutes from the domestic airport. This resort has 20 comfortable rooms that are fully equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, television and mini bar. Few room overlook the lush garden or the dazzling swimming pool. A fully equipped conference room is offered for guests travelling on business issues. The hotel offers leisure facilities such as Jacuzzi, scuba diving, tennis court, billiards and table tennis. Accommodation The rooms are equipped with traditional local furniture and all have an electric fan to cool the rooms on hot days. Furthermore every bungalow has its own spacious en suite bathroom with cold shower and an airy terrace. Dining The new Main Building consists of a reception, bathrooms, office, restaurant and bar. It also provides billiard, darts and a seawater aquarium that offers glimpses of our underwater paradise to the non-diver. For groups of more than 6 people, we offer a big breakfast buffet, lunch and a 3-course dinner. The guests can also order "a la Carte". With ample planning, the kitchen crew tries to satisfy most needs. There are mainly European dishes, but the local tastes will be catered to as well. Filipino/German management. Activities For divers, snorkelers and simple only for the relaxation on the beach. Day Trip to the Chocolate Hills Take off for a day to the marvelous Chocolate Hills (one of the world's natural wonders) and to the other historical and interesting spots of Bohol. On this trip you will also have the chance to see and cuddle a Tarsier , the world's smallest monkey. Diving The best Dive Spot in Cabilao, if not one of the best in the Philippines, is the House Reef. The Drop Off is about 50 m off shore and can be explored without a boat. For other sites around the island a small boat is used. The groups are kept small, divided by levels of experience. Safety is priority. It is possible to dive without guide, but a local instruction and computer are requested. Maximum depth is 40 m. 3mm are recommended for the suit. Location From Cebu with Supercat or Ocean Jet to Tagbilaran, Bohol. With taxi to Mocpoc, Sandingan, Loon. With boat “special ride” directly to La Estrella. Or with bus from Tagbilaran Integrated Bus Terminal to Loon, with tricycle to Mocpoc, Sandingan and regular boat to Talisay, Cabilao and then with tricycle to La Estrella or an one hour walk. This will take you a whole day. Or with bus from Southern Bus Terminal, Cebu to Looc, Argao. Tuesday and Saturday between noon and 3 pm, you can take a direct local boat to Cabilao. Landing is the lighthouse. La Estrella is only a couple of meters south of it next to the Cabilao Beach Resort. Onward journeys are easily organized.
